Oggi ci concentriamo sul settore Real Estate americano e, in particolare, parliamo di National Retail Properties che, dopo aver effettuato un breakout rialzista si prepara a continuare il suo trend principale.
National Retail Properties: il trend continua
La National Retail Properties (Ticker: NNN) è una compagnia americana con sede a Orlando in Florida nata nel 1984.
La sua quotazione al NYSE risale al gennaio 1994 e da allora il titolo ha visto le quotazioni salire di più del 300%, fino all’attuale prezzo di $47,65.
La scorsa settimana la compagnia ha rilasciati gli ultimi dati trimestrali mostrando un entrata, par a circa $129 milioni, superiore alle aspettative degli analisti.
Dal minimo in area $10 raggiunto nel 2009, il titolo è cresciuto molto, arrivando a rompere, lo scorso venerdì, il triplo massimo in area $47. Questa situazione ci permette di avere una chiara visione rialzista fino al target in area $52. Il movimento atteso è dunque ci circa il 9% che può sembrare tanto ma proprio il breakout appena avvenuto avvalora la forza del trend in atto.
